We offer career coaching and planning. We help people who want to focus on managing their careers proactively. We help people think about how they are managing their own talent. We work with people who are at all points along their career journey: career changes, career transitions, career choices. We’ve experienced each of these, so, we know what you’re going through.
Eden Park Approach
At Eden Park, our approach is based on practical experience and current academic research in the field of career development. We look at your career holistically. We look at your career as well as you the person – your personal goals and dreams. In our process, we utilize assessments to complement the career coaching process. These assessments provide key insights about where you are in the career landscape. This gives you a well grounded perspective in order to make thoughtful career decisions.
We begin our program with the Strong Interest Inventory®, the world’s leading career assessment. The Strong was originally developed by Dr. Edward Strong, Professor of Psychology and Business Administration at Stanford University. The Strong measures personal interests across a broad range of areas and links your interests and preferences with various occupations and work settings. The Strong is helpful for people at any stage of their career: early, middle, or late. It becomes the starting point for career alignment, career development, and career decision making.

At Eden Park, we are focused on empowerment and results. We help people move their careers forward in a positive way. At the end of our program, our clients have a solid plan and confidence to take their career to a new stage.
